• No legally enforceable no-fly zones. Registration on this platform does not create a legally binding no-fly zone, restricted airspace, or any other legal prohibition on drone flight. Only the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and other authorized government agencies have the legal authority to establish and enforce airspace restrictions.
• Not affiliated with any government agency. Drone No Fly Zone is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the FAA, any federal, state, or local government agency, or any official regulatory body.
• No guarantee of compliance. We cannot and do not guarantee that any drone operator, delivery service, or other party will observe, honor, or comply with the preferences registered on this platform. Drone operators are bound by applicable laws and regulations, not by this registry.

3. User Responsibilities

By using this Service, you agree that:

• All information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You are the property owner, authorized tenant, property manager, or have a legitimate connection to the property you are registering.
• You will not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us for use of the Service (which, as a free service, is zero dollars).

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
